• Please only contact me if you have certain details about your art piece prepared or accept artistic freedom, I sadly cannot brainstorm each commission individually;
• If you or your partner/-s will have difficulties sending payment after the sketch being sent, the piece will be either put on hold if the payment is partially sent, or cancelled. Should it happen twice, I will not work with you again and/or blacklist you;
• I am quite flexible on both art and payment matters. If my gallery does not have something you'd like to see, please feel free to ask. I am also fine with a payment plan for $300+ amounts discussed beforehand (at least 1/3 or half of the total is to be sent right away; 3 or 4 max months payment plans are available, depending on the total);
• prices are non negotiable;
• I do not need your character's entire bio for the art piece. personal features, its reference and pose and mood/emotion is enough;
• I won't be able to do anything with 'something feels off'-like fixes. Please provide proper feedback or ask a second opinion. Redlines and constructive critique is highly appreciated;
• I work in a relatively quick pace most of the time and appreciate good communication;
• nothing will be fixed or changed after the piece is finished. The file I send you is final, and is the best I can do with your commission;
• I am unable to provide refunds;
• I see poking me during working process as a non-direct way to rush me, unless it's been a month since the last update. you can ask me about the update directly without extra chatting and it's perfectly fine with me;
• I am friendly but am not everyone's friend;
• my characters are unavailable for NSFW pieces but SFW arts are discussable. Adding my character is +100% to the total;
• I can refuse you in a commission without further explanation;
• meme-based piece are more than welcome! Please feel free to ask ❤️
• pricing quotes are valid up for the next 3 months or until at least one price raise takes place.
• your wish for the character to look as close to its self as possible is absolutely understandable, but if you as a commissioner are being picky over smallest lines - I'm not your artist.

My personal preferences are dragonesses, lingerie and tasty pinups (absolute win if collected together). However it does not mean your commission have to necessarily consist of these criteria for me to accept it and you're free to ask out before commissioning or being added to a wait list.

PAYMENT

FIXES

• the first round is on the sketch stage which includes general pose and refining. up to 3 free corrections.
further and perceptible changes such as general position are to be paid extra for.
by continuing to line-art and further stages you confirm you accept the sketch fully and have no more fixes to character or other details. the work is not to be fixed after full confirmation
• flat color (I might go derp and sometimes you should be patient with me, but I'm absolutely willing to have everything correct)
• if your character is changed during the working process and you want the change/-s to be built in, it's also extra depending on the amount of work to be done
• please give all possible fixes in one go so it doesn't turn into 'fix A - fixed - fix B - fixed - fix C', I don't like making steps back in my work

SUPPORTER DISCOUNTS

• discounts of 15% are applied to certain commission tiers (Chibi, Flat color, Simple shading, Illustration);
• discount will only be applied to supporter's character, same with paired image;
• discounts are available for Bite and Supportive Bite tiers on Boosty (https://boosty.to/theraivo) and Telegram subscribers of the same tiers;
• after ordering a commission with discount applied you will be put on a monthly cooldown.
